Three Signature Libations
The Malabar Old Fashioned: coconut oil fat-washed bourbon, coffee, maple, bitters. The Himalayan Sunset: coconut arrack, blood orange, mint, peppercorn. The Hyderabad Tonic: turmeric-infused Aviation Gin, orange and thyme syrup, grapefruit tonic.
